When and Where
Shri Studios and Longtucky Spirits have come together to offer a wonderful experience for Longmont residents: a peaceful yet challenging yoga class hosted in the laidback atmosphere of the cocktail lounge. Yoga classes at Longtucky are available on Saturdays throughout the summer months, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy this gentle form of exercise and mingle with fellow yogis over a drink. The instructors teach a host of class styles, including Ying Yang Yoga, Strength and Balance, Gentle Yoga, and Baby and Me options.
