If you’ve ever wondered what life would be like out on the open prairie, with nothing but a horse underneath you and open sky ahead, put Cattle Drive Week on your calendar.

Last year’s restrictions cancelled this much-loved annual event, but this year the Longmont Half & 5K is back in business. Runners from all over come to join this exciting and inclusive event. Traditionally, the city of Longmont funds its annual fireworks show for the 4th of July. However, this year the Skyline Kiwanis Club has taken it upon itself to ensure this event remains a fixture in Longmont. A bright, lively fireworks display brings the community together and is an Independence Day hallmark. Support the cause by donating or spreading the word.
